In January, Chanhen’s Engineering and Technology Research Institute was established, building a technology innovation system which provided positive impetus for Chanhen's technology innovation and industrial leapfrogging. In December, Chanhen won the "Third prize of scientific and Technological Progress" in the National Petroleum and Chemical Innovation Conference, and was awarded the "Top ten private enterprises in Guizhou Province" by 12 government departments of Guizhou Province.

In April, GUANGXI PENGYUE ECO-TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. was established, in order to realize the industrial planning of "Based on phosphorus and goes beyond phosphorus". In October,the CH hemi-hydrate phosphogypsum modified cementitious material and filling technology were identified as "international leading level". In November, the company won the title of "Top 10 Enterprise of Phosphorus Chemical Industry of 2019". The total annual output of phosphates production exceeded 500,000 tons.

In September, the company completed the private offering of 80 million A-Stock shares, with a total net raised capital of about CNY 892 million , which was mainly used for the intensive processing project of phosphorus resources. In October, Chanhen was selected into the fifth batch of “National Green Factory"list. In December, Chanhen launched the Three-year Action Plan and started the second round of undertaking.
