In September with 8 million CNY, the founders came to Guizhou. With perseverance, Chanhen people completed the construction of 50kt/a feed grade calcium hydrophosphate production line in four months, and successfully started the operation in January 2003.This spirit of fearless, innovative and enterprising, was known as "Chanhen speed" at that time.

In December the first set of 30kt/a hot process feed grade Monocalcium Phosphate production line was built up and successfully put into operation. In December, the company passed ISO9001:2000 standard quality system certification

The independent innovated and designed 30kt/a phosphoric acid concentration and purification device successfully operated. The industrialization of the whole set wet-process phosphoric acid producing MCP had achieved 50kt/a capacity which filled the gap of this technology in China and laid the foundation for the deep purification of wet-process phosphoric acid.
